Abstract

Design Thinking has been a term often used in the last two decades in the United States. As a process for innovation and creativity within organisations, it appears to have made a positive impact on those using it. However, within the United Kingdom, it is little used and understood. This lecture provides an explanation to what Design Thinking is, how it can be used and where you might use it within an organisation.
