The article focuses on the conception, development, and delivery of a novel practical method which introduces "non-movers" to a space of sensory exploration. In the practical session, the facilitators invites participants into a dark studio space and guides them through a movement improvisation score without using verbal instructions. In the spirit of this practice, the authors delivered the paper through spoken word and improvised movement, thereby allowing movement to guide the flow, tempo, and nuances of the presentation.
