Abstract

There seems little opportunity to escape from some form of competition in our modern lives and the world of work is no exception. Starting with Micheal Porter's notion from 1980 of Competitive Advantage this session attempts to explore some current thinking on the idea placing alongside what your organisation may currently be doing.
