Abstract

A presentation given at the This Body of Work conference 2015, hosted by the University of Chichester Dance Dept. The presentation discusses a working interpretation on the relationships between Nihon-buyo (Japanese traditional dance) training, embodied cognition, the idea of Flow (Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi) and the neurophenomenology of the self.
