Abstract

The research I am going to undertake will give me a clear understanding of service quality,
its importance and ways to measure it, and how service delivery can be improved within
Center Parcs. Additionally, I will research how service delivery can be adapted for
6
multigenerational families, especially the elderly, whose needs will be different based on
their different values (St. Aubin Haggerty, 2017). These findings could be adopted by
Center Parcs and CDG restaurants, the owners of Las Iguanas, if they carried out similar
research. As well as helping me improve my overall service delivery during work, I can
make formal decisions around service delivery when I run my own business as I would like
to create and manage a business in the hospitality industry. In the time running up to this,
it is likely I can be promoted to a team manager, with team leading skills and service
delivery skills that I have acquired through the duration of my degree and completion of
this project, which will aid me in securing this position. These skills will help me develop
the overall service delivery within the restaurant through the training of team members.
